Steve and I had a great time in California, visiting Intuit at Cloudjam and presenting our 5 minute pitch for Periscope at the Apps Showcase. Thanks to the entire IPP team for putting on a great event! It was a pleasure to meet the faces behind the platform and mingle with the other developers over a 3 day period. The showcase was really intense, with each of the app developers presenting well rehearsed, timed presentations to a panel of ten venture capitalist judges as well as a room of ISP’s, Pro Advisors and Intuit customers. And while we didn’t bring home one of the $25K checks, we did get a ton of positive feedback and generated interest in our App! And, we went live and are up and available for Free Trials right now on the app center. Woohoo!!!!

We are really excited to be launching Periscope on August 11th at the Intuit Cloudjam IPP Showcase in San Francisco. Periscope is brand new to the world and will be available through the Intuit App Center. It’s a powerful app that provides financial business intelligence to the small to medium-sized business owner/CEO. It automatically syncs with customers QuickBooks files through the Intuit App Center and requires very little configuration to get started. While it provides powerful information, the key to the app is its simplicity and ease-of-use. Fully subscribing to the less is more mantra, Periscope provides just the most vital information in a easily “consumable” format. Check out all the features here on the website.
